As many of our items are unique to each store and due to fact we often only stock one of each item, stock moves quickly both online and in-store. All online customers have the option to Click and Collect following your purchase and your items will be reserved and held in store for your collection, following payment.  

Note – stock is available to collect from the store of purchase only. 

Following purchase and payment, you will receive an order confirmation noting your order number. When attending at the store for collection, present your receipt to one of our sales staff and they will take care of you.  We will hold all stock for a maximum of 7 days within which time, the customer must collect their items. 


We can also arrange delivery to our customers via courier service. We have information on courier companies throughout all locations in Ireland who would be delighted to accommodate you in delivering your goods to your doorstep. Reasonable rates offered by all companies to our customers. 

Please choose your preferred means of collection / delivery at the point of purchase.  

Once your order has been processed, our Customer Service Department will be in touch with you within 24 hours to discuss your delivery method and options available to you. 

Please ensure you provide your correct email address and contact telephone number when ordering – failure to do so may affect your delivery. The courier company may require to contact you on the day of delivery for more specific directions. 

Expected Delivery Times:

Stock in Store – all stock available in store, will be dispatched via your designated Courier service, within 24 hours of your order being processed. Individual courier services are responsible for your goods once they have left our store. 

Any stock on order which comes from our Irish based suppliers will arrive at your doorstep within 2 – 5 working days (if you require urgent delivery, please contact us for alternative options and pricing). 

For any stock on order coming from our non-Irish suppliers, this time may be extended to 2-4 weeks, depending on stock levels and demand for the product.  

Following your order completion, you will always receive an order confirmation email notifying you of the expected delivery date.  

While every effort will be made to keep within this time frame it may not always be possible to do so - in the event of a late delivery we will inform you ASAP and give you an expected delivery date. cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control. 

Once the delivery date has been notified to the customer, the onus is on you to ensure you (or a nominated representative) are present to accept delivery and to check the goods upon receipt and sign for them. 

If you require to re-schedule the delivery date, please contact no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery to make new arrangements with our team.
